At SOL FRIO, we are committed to providing shading and car protection solutions with the highest quality standards, to give our customers a more comfortable driving experience and protection from heat effects and external factors. Therefore, we clarify our exchange and return policy to suit each product: First: Movable shading products can be exchanged within a maximum period of 7 days from the date the customer receives the product. Return service is not available for this type of product, as it is manufactured and prepared specifically according to the customer's request and car design. When requesting an exchange, the product must be in its original condition as received, completely free of scratches, damage, or any signs of use. Second: Thermal insulation and PPF products the customer has the right to request an exchange within 7 days from the date of receiving the product and installing it on the car and testing the level of insulation and protection. Return can be requested within 3 days from the date of receipt. The product must be in its original condition and of excellent quality as received.
